Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of LocallyHQ websites, public-data checkup tools, reports, and related services. LocallyHQ is operated by Vox Ventures Group LLC. By using the website or requesting a checkup, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website and checkup tool

The website and free Google Business Checkup are provided for general business-information purposes. Findings are based on public information, information you submit, and third-party data that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. A checkup is not legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice, and requesting one does not create a paid service relationship.

2. No guaranteed results

Local visibility, rankings, reviews, calls, leads, and revenue depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee search rankings, map placement, a particular number or rating of reviews, calls, leads, sales, revenue, or that a third-party platform will accept or retain content.

3. Acceptable use

You may not submit false or unauthorized information, impersonate another person or business, generate fake or gated reviews, harass customers, contact people without a lawful basis, bypass access controls, scrape at abusive volume, introduce malicious code, or violate a third-party platform’s terms. We may limit access we reasonably believe is abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or damaging.

4. Information you submit

You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Paying clients who provide customer contact information are responsible for required permissions and applicable suppression, opt-out, privacy, and communication rules. Submitting a telephone number through the checkup tool does not authorize automated marketing text messages.

5. Paid services

Paid services are governed by the order form, checkout terms, proposal, or service agreement presented at purchase. Those documents control if they conflict with these website Terms. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, third-party usage or extra scope may cost extra, clients must provide timely access and accurate information, and third-party platform fees and policies may change.

6. Intellectual property

The website, branding, written materials, checkup formats, graphics, and service materials are owned by LocallyHQ or its licensors. You may use a checkup delivered for your business internally but may not resell or present our materials as your own without permission.

7. Third-party platforms

Our services may rely on Google, email providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and other third parties. We do not control their availability, policies, suspensions, algorithms, data accuracy, or feature changes.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, free checkup tool, reports, and informational materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocallyHQ and Vox Ventures Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the website or free checkup tool. For claims arising solely from the website or a free checkup, aggregate liability will not exceed $100. Paid-service liability is governed by the applicable service agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LocallyHQ, Vox Ventures Group LLC, and their personnel harmless from third-party claims arising from information you submit, unlawful or unauthorized use, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Subject to controlling law or a separately signed agreement, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Eagle County, Colorado.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
