Privacy Policy

Effective August 1, 2026

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, business location, website, Google Business Profile information, information submitted through contact, checkup, payment, onboarding, or support forms, and communications or opt-out requests.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, referring pages, pages viewed, form activity, and essential cookies. Checkup tools may analyze publicly available business information such as profile details, review counts, ratings, review recency, and local visibility.

2. How we use information

Submitting a telephone number through a checkup tool does not authorize automated marketing text messages unless separate, clear SMS consent is obtained.

3. Client customer data

Paying clients may provide customer contact information for authorized review-request services. Clients are responsible for having the right to provide and use that information. We process it only to provide the authorized service, maintain suppression and opt-out records, troubleshoot delivery, and meet legal obligations. We do not require, encourage, or support fake, gated, or incentivized reviews.

4. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, customer support, local-visibility software, and data storage. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site operation, analytics, security, and performance. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, records, dispute resolution, suppression compliance, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet system is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information; opt out of marketing email; ask us not to call; or withdraw consent where applicable. We may retain limited information needed to honor opt-out and suppression requests.

8. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Third-party services

Our site and reports may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

10. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
